Hi, I'm Rob Hall. I'm a certified personal coach and hypnotherapist specializing in helping people discover how they can control or eliminate anxiety, stress, nervousness, shyness or fears in social situations. I can help you discover how you can overcome these limitations in your own life right now.

I had to learn how to overcome shyness and fears of public speaking in my own life. I use the most effective and up-to-date elements of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), emotional freedom techniques (EFT), and hypnosis to help people master their fears and anxieties - and much more easily and quickly than you might believe possible!

Rob Hall received his certification in clinical hypnotherapy in 2001 from the American Pacific University. Rob has also been ordained into the popular Illuminations22 Ministry, leads services for the Church of Lightworkers, and is certified in spiritual counseling. He has presented the findings on his research to the Orange County chapter of the Mensa Society and the 2007 convention of the American Board of Hypnotherapy.

These are very common reactions that many of us experience in relation to certain life situations, such as:
